Community Links

Eynsham based artist makers Charlotte Holmes and Andy Goodwin are  together willowcoppice.co.uk, working with willow and hazel coppice products to make  in-situ artwork, living willow sculpture, fencing and basketry, running courses and working with volunteers and community groups. 

Andy and Charlotte have newly planted willow growing at the Peace Oak Association’s community orchard in Eynsham.  Andy recently led a volunteer effort to build a willow fence around the pond at the Peace Oak using pollarded willow stems from the village. 

Charlotte and Paul also manage hazel coppice in Vincent’s Wood near Freeland on behalf of local farmer Robert Crocker .
